Russian Federation: Anti-crisis subsidies for the local agricultural sector in 2015

On 3 December 2015 the Russian Government approved Resolution No. 2477-p as part of its anti-crisis measures. It allocated 1350.9 billion Russian Roubles (approximately 19.5 billion USD) for the creation and modernization of greenhouse complexes and dairy farms. This subsidy forms part of the State Programme for Development of Agriculture and Regulation of the Markets of Agricultural Products, raw materials and food for 2013-2020 approved by Government Decree No. 717 of 14 July 2012. This progarmme was used for the identification of the affected tariff lines.
